The IL-G has been developed exclusively to enhance the productive capabilities of the FlexMode box-making machine. This system has been designed to compliment the single exit point flow of boxes off the FlexMode machine.

When a box is dispensed from the box-making machine the operator simply slides it in the same direction a few feet until it is under the IL-G. After a 15 second process the box has been joined and is ready to be packed.

• Laser alignment system
• Optional ejection conveyor
• One, two or three head hot melt system
• Hands free clamping and pressure assembly
• Automatic detection of glue joint length

A printing setup is optional to identify boxes for later use or to print bar codes or product numbers.

• Top mount or bottom mount setup
• Prints alpha numeric codes or small graphics
• Setup can be configured as a fixed or variable position printer

At the FlexMode user interface an operator may call up a part number to print on the box and specify a position location or enter an on-the-fly code.
